Our main room is approximately 3000 sq. ft. of open space with a 1700 square foot balcony overlooking the stage. Capacity for this room is 1300. The 80 ft bar (one of the longest in the city) stretches the full length of the room for ample access. The balcony is perfect for VIP use or meet 'n' greets (See below). As all shows are different, we are able to accommodate most needs. We can seat 400 people theater style, or set tables and chairs for 130 with additional bar and drink rail seating. Rental of our private reserved balcony sections are available for certain events. We have two sections; the larger room holds 40-45 people and the smaller room holds up to 25, both are equipped with tables for refreshments, permanent row seating, and stools. You provide your own food and decorate your space the way you want, and we'll provide the perfect spot to see a concert at the Water Street Music Hall.
