We do not own the parking lot behind our building, if you park there during the day you will be towed. There are parking lots and garages located within walking distance of the venue. Limited street parking is available on Andrews and Water Street after 6 pm Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. We suggest you park at one of the locations listed below. If you park illegally, at bagged meters, block alleys/driveways or loading docks you may be towed. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Tickets may be purchased through Front Gate Tickets at 888-512-SHOW, on our website, http://waterstreetmusic.frontgatetickets.com, Record Archive, or Aaron’s Alley. If you order online or charge by phone and select "will call" you may pick up your tickets on the day of the show at door times. We recommend checking each show for ticket information, age restrictions and other details.
If a show is cancelled tickets will be refunded at point of purchase otherwise tickets are non-refundable.
Yes, our on-site amenities are handicap accessible. For patrons in wheelchairs we have an elevator on the hall side; just ask security to assist you. There are handicap accessible bathrooms on the first floor. Ask any event staff person for assistance when entering the building.
For information on having your local band perform in the Club @ Water Street please email email@example.com. Please include the name of your band, contact person, website or Facebook link. If you have an EPK, Sonicbids or Reverbnation account include that link. Please do not send us large files or attachments.
Please DO NOT email every email address you find on our website. Our techs and other staff do not book music and while they like hearing about new bands, they can't really help you.

Yes, we have a coat check available seasonally for a nominal fee.
Water Street Music Hall has two completely separate venues under one roof — The Water Street Music Hall and The Club at Water Street. There are often shows in both rooms at the same time. They are separate so you need a ticket for each show. You can not roam from room to room.

The following documents can be accepted as proof of age: (a) A valid driver's license or non-driver identification card issued by: New York State; the Federal Government; any State Government within the United States; the District of Columbia; any Commonwealth, Possession or Territory of the United States; or a Provincial Government of Canada; (b) a valid U.S. passport; (c) a valid passport of any other country.
College identifications, employee identification cards or any other form of identification not listed above cannot be accepted as the primary proof of age, but can be used as a secondary means to verify the identity of the person.

WE ARE NOT A "BAR" OR "PUB". WE ARE A CONCERT HALL, ONLY OPEN WHEN THERE IS LIVE ENTERTAINMENT.
Non-professional cameras are allowed in the venue as long as the band/management has not specified otherwise at the door. All professional cameras need to be approved in advance by the band/venue and you will receive a photo pass. Filming is not permitted with any professional camera / tripod / board feed unless approved by the venue and band management in advance.
NO ONE under 21 may exit and re-enter for any show.
Yes, All changes for ticket pick ups must be done through the entity you purchased through. Please call Frontgate at 888-512-SHOW (or email the address on your ticket receipt) and ask them to change the name on your Will Call order. If you are on a guest list or won tickets you must make the request through the person who put you on the list. We are unable to give contest tickets or guest lists spots to anyone other than the person on the list. Please tell them they must present photo ID to pick up any tickets.
