Anthony Green

Anthony Green joined California rock band Saosin in 2003 but left it in early 2004 after becoming dissatisfied with the group's musical direction. He then founded Philadelphia-based Circa Survive, which signed with Equal Vision Records, this new project changing his musical vision from the original Saosin "screamo" scene to indie/experimental. Within a year, they had released a limited edition tour EP, The Inuit Sessions, and a full-length album, Juturna. Anthony Green has since started a family but still tours with Circa Survive and continues solo work.

Circa Survive's shows included an opening slot on Thrice and My Chemical Romance's tour and Mae's headlining tour. They released their second album, On Letting Go, in May 2007. They parted with Equal Vision in August 2008. Their third album, Blue Sky Noise, was released in April 2010. In November 2010, they released an EP, called "Appendage".
